Guests who prefer to provide their own camping amenities have several options available. Stay in our RV park, which accommodates RVs, travel trailers, or campers, with water, electric, cable, and sewage hook-ups. Several of our sites overlook the lake, and the others are preferred by people with larger rigs or those who want to set up larger campsites. Traditional camping is also available all throughout our resort, and along the beaches of Apache Lake accessible by boat or by car along the Apache Trail. Camping within Apache Lake Marina and Resort is all primitive camping, meaning that we do not have designated campsites. Instead, campers are encouraged to find their favorite spot on our beaches, which have picnic tables and fire pits spread throughout. Get a more authentic camping feel compared to other locations where spots must be reserved. Camping within our resort grounds requires a $10 parking pass which can be purchased in our main building at the front desk or convenience store. This pass also covers launch ramp access and boat trailer parking. There are several campgrounds along Apache Lake that are managed by the USDA Forest Service. These sites include Crabtree Wash, Davis Wash, Burnt Corral, and Three Mile Wash. These campgrounds require a Tonto Pass, which can be purchased in our main building, as well as most convenience stores in Phoenix. Vehicles towing watercrafts must buy an additional watercraft sticker for their Tonto Passes.
